Seth Hargett

Before venturing out to start Jubilee Restaurants, Seth did consulting work on a resort in Negril, Jamaica, catered privately, and developed and ran a restaurant.  He decided the opportunity was right to start his own company in hopes of teaching others what he had learned in the hospitality business.   Seth obtained the rights to develop 19 Five Guys Hamburgers and Fries in 5 states and formed Jubilee Restaurant Group with partners from New Orleans and New York.  In just 4 years, Jubilee Restaurant Group has grown to 10 restaurants in 5 states.  Seth will be guiding JUMP Management which will be developing 18 Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joints in 5 states.

Rod Bish
Director of Operations

Rod was the first hire for Jubilee Restaurant Group back in 2010. He was hired on as the General Manager for their first store located in Pensacola, FL. He joined Jubilee with over 20 years of restaurant experience having done everything from washing dishes to being the part owner of an Outback Steakhouse. Rod attended University of Florida to become a Chemical Engineer and after a few years working in Nuclear Power plants and other power facilities he decided to change careers. The restaurant business was the perfect avenue for his outgoing personality and constant need for new and varied situations. 

Rod is currently the father of two and happily married for the last 13 years. He looks forward to the growth of Jubilee Restaurant group and hopes to help develop the team for future successes.

Allison Davis
Director of Human Resources

Allison Richards is a native of Mobile, Alabama.  She attended college at Auburn University where she obtained a BA in Psychology.  Allison also received her Masters in Business Administration at the University of South Alabama.  Allison began her career in Human Resources at Premier Medical Management, Inc, and continued to work with the company for five years.  She joined the Jubilee team in June of 2012 as the Director of Human Resources.  She is excited to be a part of Jubilee Restaurant Group, LLC. and is looking forward to the company's growth in the future.

Bryan Reid
Southern Area Director

Bryan was raised in the mountains of Southern Utah for twenty-six years where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking, rock climbing, golfing, snowboarding, wake boarding and any other outdoor adventure he could find. In 2004, that adventurous spirit lead him to Birmingham, Alabama where he met and worked for Rod Bish, Jubilee’s Director of Operations.  In the spring of 2011 Bryan joined Jubilee Restaurant Group, bringing 15 years of restaurant experience to an already seasoned group of restaurant professionals.  Bryan currently resides in Pensacola, Florida spending his free time enjoying the Gulf Coast and raising his son.

Chad Thompson
Northern Area Director

Chad Thompson is a native of Auburn, Alabama, but has spent most of his life in Memphis, Tennessee.  He attended college at The University of Memphis where he obtained a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Hospitality.  Chad began his career in Food & Beverage at a young age working his way up the ranks during college at Ovations Food Services.  After finishing school, Chad served in various capacities for Levy Restaurants in both Memphis and Atlanta; where he supervised multi-outlet operations for various venues.  Upon returning back to Memphis, Chad joined the Jubilee team in August of 2014 as Northern Area Director.  He is eager to be apart of the Jubilee team, and is optimistic about the company’s impact and growth in the Tennessee region. 

Trey Wainwright
General Manager, North Carrollton Ave

Trey Wainwright was born and raised in Baldwin County, Alabama. He lived in Baton Rouge, LA for three years, where he attended classes at Louisiana State University.  His proximity to New Orleans helped develop his passion for food.  After a stint at Starbucks, Trey joined the Jubilee Restaurant Group family in the summer of 2011.  Beginning at the Daphne, AL Five Guys location, Trey was promoted to General Manager of Jubilee’s Five Guys location in Jackson, TN.  He is now the General Manager at the North Carrollton Ave. location in New Orleans.

Kalandra Jefferson
General Manager, Bartlett

Kalandra was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She attended Southwest to pursue Massage Therapy. Kalandra joined Jubilee Restaurant Group LLC. February 2012 as crew member to the Ridgeway location a few days after she lost everything to a house fire. Kalandra had drive, determination, and patience working her way up to the Assistant Manager position for the Union Avenue location. Kalandra is currently General Manager for the Bartlett, TN.  Location.  Kalandra has a contagious sense of humor, with a warm smile to match. Kalandra is a single mother of three who enjoys movie time, cooking, and basketball. Kalandra’s favorite color is purple and can be seen wearing it daily. Kalandra is very proud to be a part of a growing company and very excited to be a part of its success.

Theresa Jones
General Manager, Ridgeway

Theresa Jones joined Jubilee Restaurants in October 2014. She is currently the General Manager at the Five Guys located on Ridgeway Rd in Memphis, TN. Her background in restaurant management came from 20 years with Outback Steakhouse. She is a graduate from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's in Professional Studies with a major in Information Technology. She is happily married and a mother to a great three year old son. She is excited to be a part of this growing restaurant company. 

Rodney Jackson
General Manager, Union Ave.

Rodney Jackson has worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years.  His recent background experience from McDonalds as a General Manager for 8 years has paved the way for him to join the Jubilee team in 2014.  He went to Hamburger University with McDonalds in 2006, and has earned numerous certificates for various levels of management.  Rodney resides in the Memphis area with his lovely family. 

Jeremy Treesh
General Manager, Daphne

Jeremy Treesh was born and raised in Gulf Breeze, Florida.  He moved to Birmingham, Alabama at the age of 19, which is when he began his career in the hospitality industry.  Like so many of the Jubilee family, Jeremy’s restaurant experience began with Outback Steakhouse.  He worked with Outback for 13 years and met his current coworkers, Rod Bish, Nick Gonzalez and Bryan Reid.  He married his wonderful wife, Heather, in 2005 and they have a beautiful daughter named Allie.  Jeremy is an avid sports fan and coaches his daughter in various sports, during his spare time. 

Cameron Ladnier
General Manager, Gulfport

Cameron Ladnier was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  He got his first restaurant job at the age of 16 at CiCi's Pizza.  By the age of 17, he became the youngest manger to ever be a part of the franchise. He continued in the restaurant business until July of 2010 when he got a second job at Five Guys under the ownership of SoDa holdings.  Six short months later, he was promoted to a management position and made Five Guys his main focus.  In September of 2013 Jubilee Restaurant group acquired his store and made him the General Manager of the Gulfport location.  Cameron is excited about working with the team and making Jubilee a great success!

Tony Hughes
General Manager, Jackson

Tony is a former Franchisee for CiCi’s Pizza and worked with the company for 12 years.  Prior to joining the restaurant industry, he was a Product Group Manager for Marvin Windows and Doors, specializing as a liaison for research and development, machining, and final production.  He joined the Jubilee team as the General Manager of the Jackson store in 2015, adding 15 years of valuable restaurant management experience to the company.
